Booking a zone takes about a minute and it all happens online at play.levelupgolf.ca. There is no phone line to call and no counter to check in at.
š„ļø Step 1: Open the Booking App
Go to play.levelupgolf.ca on your phone or computer. You land straight on the calendar, with each of our six zones as its own column and the times running down the side.
Pick your day along the top. The calendar opens 7 days ahead, so the furthest you can book today is a week from now.
Anything already booked is blocked out. Everything else is yours to take.
Not sure which zone? Tap the zone name at the top of its column to see its photo and description.

ā° Step 2: Choose Your Zone and Time
Pick a start time in the column of the zone you want.
Set how long you want to play. Sessions start at a 30 minute minimum and can be extended by dragging the block down, or adjust the time using the plus and minus buttons on the selection overview bar.
The price updates as you go, before you commit to anything.
All six zones have the same Trackman iO setup. Balls and tees are provided free in every zone.
š³ Step 3: Confirm and Pay
You need to be signed in to check out, so you will be asked to sign in or create an account here if you haven't already.
Check the date, time, zone and price.
Pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments run through Stripe.
Tap Confirm Booking.
A debit card works if it runs on the Visa or Mastercard network. Interac only debit cards are not accepted.
If you have credit on your account, it comes off automatically at checkout. There is no code to enter.
Your booking confirmation email arrives within seconds of payment. That one is your receipt, so keep it.
š© Step 4: Your Access Link Arrives Later
The link that unlocks the door is a separate email from your confirmation. It arrives about an hour before your start time, not at the time of booking. If you booked less than 90 minutes ahead, it comes through right away.
Open it on your phone and tap Access Venue.
If you have verified your mobile number with us, we text you the same link.
You don't need either one. Sign in at play.levelupgolf.ca, tap your booking, and the unlock button is right there in the booking details.

š Step 5: Need to Cancel or Change It?
There is no cancel or reschedule button in the app yet. Message us with the date, time, and zone and we'll take care of it.
24 hours or more before your start time: your session is fully refundable.
Less than 24 hours before: bookings are non-refundable.
