Booking a bay at LevelUp Indoor Golf only takes a minute — everything happens online through our secure booking app.
🖥️ Step 1: Go to the Booking App
Head to play.levelupgolf.ca on your mobile phone or computer.
Select a venue location, and you’ll see all the available bays, and times right on the homepage.
💡 Tip: Save the link to your home screen for quick access next time.
⏰ Step 2: Choose Your Bay and Time
Select your preferred date and start time.
Pick the bay you want to play in.
Choose how long you’d like to play — you can book in one-hour increments.
Each bay is private and equipped with Trackman iO technology.
💳 Step 3: Confirm and Pay Securely
After you’ve selected your time:
Review your booking details.
Enter your payment information — we accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (powered by Stripe).
Tap “Confirm Booking.”
You’ll instantly receive a Booking Confirmation Email with all your details.
📩 Step 4: Watch for Your Access Email
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a separate Access Email closer to your play time.
That message includes the “Access Venue” button you’ll use to unlock the door when you arrive.
🔁 Step 5: Need to Cancel or Change a Booking?
If you can’t make your session, contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time to cancel for a refund.
Cancellations are handled by our support team.
Within 24 hours of your booking, cancellations and refunds aren’t available.
💡 Tip: If you need to move your booking, simply cancel before the 24-hour mark and rebook your new time afterward.
