The facility runs fully self-serve, so you let yourself in with a link on your phone and start playing. Staff are on site some of the time, but you never need to wait for anyone to get going.
š Step 1: Your Access Link
Your access link arrives about an hour before your start time, separately from your booking confirmation. If you booked less than 90 minutes ahead, we send it right away.
Open the email on your phone and tap Access Venue.
If you have verified your mobile number with us, we text you the same link.
You don't need the email at all. Sign in at play.levelupgolf.ca, tap your booking, and the unlock button is right there in your booking details.
š” Tip: your access link is personal to your booking. Feel free to forward it to any guests you are bringing, but please don't post it on the public internet.
šŖ Step 2: Unlock the Door
We are at 188 Barton St., Stoney Creek, ON, Units 5 to 7. The main entrance is Unit 5 and you can see it from the parking lot.
Open your access page. The door unlocks over the internet, so your phone needs a connection.
Tap Access Venue.
Wait a couple of seconds. You will hear the door click open.
Head straight in to your zone.
The unlock button appears 5 minutes before your start time and keeps working until 10 minutes after your end time. If you are early you will see a countdown instead, and the button appears on its own when it is time.
šļø Step 3: Head to Your Zone
Each zone is clearly labelled and the Trackman iO system is ready to go.
Early Access
If you are a bit early, you may see that the zone is powered on, but the simulator is locked. That's normal, and the system will unlock at your exact start time.
Sign in, or play as Guest
A free Trackman account is worth the minute it takes. Signing in saves your round, so if the system needs a restart mid session you can sign back in and pick up where you left off. A Guest round is not saved and starts over.
Balls and tees
Both are provided in every zone at no charge. You don't need to bring either.
Clubs
We keep a few loaner sets in certain configurations on site, free to use, first come first served, but we can't hold or reserve them for you. We have a single left handed set and no junior sets, so bring your own if that matters.
ā±ļø Step 4: Your Session Time
Play freely for the length of your booking. The iPad on the wall shows how much time you have left, and the zone locks down at your end time.
Want more time? Tap Add Time on the wall iPad.
Extra time is only offered if nobody is booked into your zone after you.
It charges the card on file for your booking, and asks for that card's last 4 digits to confirm it is you.
The price is shown before you confirm.
š§¹ Step 5: Before You Leave
Return any loaner clubs and provided items to their place.
Double check that you have your belongings.
Put any garbage in the bins provided.
Leave the same way you came in, through the Unit 5 door. The rear door is an emergency exit and opening it sets off an alarm.
Please avoid wearing outdoor or muddy footwear on the turf. Clean indoor shoes are always welcome.
