Welcome to LevelUp Indoor Golf! Our facility is fully self-serve, so you can arrive and play anytime — no check-in or staff required. Here’s how to enter and get set up for your session.
🔑 Step 1: Open Your Access Email
After booking, you’ll receive an Access Email from LevelUp Indoor Golf.
Open the email on your phone just before you arrive.
Tap “Access Venue” to open your personal access page.
💡 Tip: You can also find this link anytime in your booking details at play.levelupgolf.ca.
🚪 Step 2: Unlock the Door
When you arrive at 188 Barton St., Stoney Creek, ON (Units 5–7), follow these steps:
Make sure Bluetooth and internet are enabled on your phone.
Tap the “Access Venue” button.
Wait a few seconds for the door to click open.
Enter and head straight to your assigned bay.
🏌️ Step 3: Head to Your Bay
Each bay is clearly labelled. Once inside:
Your Trackman iO system will be ready to go.
Log in or select “Guest” to start playing.
Golf balls and tees are provided. Please bring your own clean clubs.
⏱️ Step 4: Enjoy Your Time
Play freely for the duration of your booking.
Want more time? Tap “Extend Session” on your access page or the in-bay display.
When your time ends: The bay locks down at your exact end time. The iPad on the wall will inform you of how much time you have left throughout the session.
🧹 Step 5: Before You Leave
Return any provided items to their place.
Double-check that you have your belongings.
Dispose of any garbage in the bins provided.
Please avoid wearing outdoor or muddy footwear on the turf. Clean indoor shoes are always welcome.
