Every shot you hit in your zone can follow you home. The free Trackman Golf app (App Store and Google Play) keeps your practice sessions and course rounds: every shot, your stats over time, and a Trackman Handicap built from your play.
š¤ The One Rule: Sign In While You Play
Sessions save to a Trackman account, not to the app itself. Sign in on the simulator during your session. A free account takes a moment to create, and Getting Started with Trackman iO shows you where.
Played as a guest? That session isn't saved, and there is no way to retrieve it afterward. If you'll want your data later, sign in before you start hitting.
š Finding Your Sessions
Open the app and sign in with the same account you used in the zone. Your sessions live under Activities, in the menu bar along the bottom of the screen.
A practice session shows every shot, grouped by club, with your dispersion drawn around them.
A course round shows your scorecard. Tap any hole to see the shots you played on it.
The app is Trackman's own product, and its built-in help section is the place for anything inside it.
š¤ Reading the Numbers
Two things worth knowing before you dig in.
Direction numbers are measured against the target line, not your swing. Positive means right of the target and negative means left, for every golfer. If you play left-handed, the signs read mirrored from most explainer videos: an in-to-out swing shows a negative club path for you, where a right-hander's shows positive.
The app won't tell you what your numbers should be. Good numbers depend on your swing, your clubs, and the shot you are trying to hit. Watch how tight your dispersion is and how your numbers trend across sessions rather than chasing one perfect figure.
