Your LevelUp account includes a credit balance that can be used toward bookings. Credits are added through gift cards, refunds, or promotions β and they're applied automatically at checkout.
π Buying a Gift Card
Gift cards are available online at play.levelupgolf.ca/gift-cards β no account required to purchase.
Choose a preset amount ($50, $100, $200, $300, $500, or $1,000) or enter a custom amount between $10 and $2,500.
Enter the recipient's name and email address β or choose "Send to myself" if it's for you.
Add a personal message if you'd like.
Choose to send immediately or schedule delivery for a specific date (up to 6 months in advance).
Complete your purchase with any of our accepted payment methods.
The recipient will receive an email with the gift card code and a link to redeem it. Scheduled gift cards are delivered at 10:00 AM ET on the chosen date.
π‘ Tip: If you'd prefer a physical copy, skip the recipient email and you'll receive a printable version instead.
π Redeeming a Gift Card
To add a gift card to your account:
Sign in at play.levelupgolf.ca.
Open your Account and go to the Wallet section.
Enter your 16-character gift card code (formatted as XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).
Tap Redeem.
The full value of the gift card will be added to your credit balance immediately.
π‘ Tip: You can find your gift card code in the delivery email you received, or on your printed gift card.
π° Checking Your Balance
Your current credit balance is displayed in the Wallet section of your account at any time. Open your Account from the booking app to see your available credits.
π How Credits Are Applied
When you make a booking, your available credits are applied automatically at checkout. You'll see the credit amount deducted in your booking summary before you confirm.
If your credits cover the full amount, no card payment is needed.
If your credits cover only part of the booking, the remaining balance is charged to your payment method.
Credits are used in order, oldest balances are spent first.
β³ Do Credits Expire?
Gift card credits do not expire. They stay in your account until you use them.
Credits from other sources (such as promotions) may have an expiration date, which will be noted when they're issued.
