Accepted Payment Methods

How to pay and what you’ll see on your statement.

Written by Bart

This covers what we accept, how the charge appears on your statement, and what to do if an amount does not look right.

💳 Payment Methods We Accept

We currently accept:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Certain Visa or Mastercard-branded debit cards

If your debit card supports online payments through the Visa or Mastercard network, it will usually work the same way as a credit card. Interac only debit cards are not accepted.

🧾 What You'll See on Your Statement

When you make a booking or purchase, the charge will appear on your statement as:

LEVELUP GOLF INC.

Payments are processed immediately at the time of booking and are handled by our payment provider. Your card information is encrypted and never stored by LevelUp.

🧮 Why Your Charge May Not Match the Booking Price

If the amount on your statement is lower than the price of the session, account credit is almost always the reason.

  • Credit is applied automatically at checkout. Any credit on your account is used first, and your card is charged only the remainder. A $60 booking with $20 of credit on the account charges your card $40. See Prepaid Credits & Gift Cards for how credit is added and spent.

  • A refund of a part-credit booking comes back the same way it was paid. The credit portion returns to your account credit and the card portion returns to your card. That same $60 booking refunds $40 to your card and $20 to your credit balance.

For how long a refund takes to appear, see Cancellations & Refunds.

🔁 Multiple Charges on the Same Day

Seeing multiple LEVELUP GOLF INC. lines on the same day is normal in a few cases.

  • Added time is charged separately. If you extended your session from the in-bay iPad, that time is a second charge, taken after the fact. It goes to the card you booked with, which may not be the card you have set as your default.

  • Gift card purchases are labelled. A gift card appears as LEVELUP GOLF INC. GIFT CARD, so you can tell it apart from a booking.

🏦 Questions About a Charge

If a charge is not clear, or you think something is wrong, contact us before opening a dispute with your bank.

This is not a formality. Once a dispute is opened, the charge is locked and we can no longer refund it directly. Your bank then runs its own process, which takes weeks rather than days. Coming to us first is the faster route to your money.
