If your plans change, you may be able to cancel your booking depending on how far in advance you contact us.

To cancel a session, please contact us before your scheduled start time.

  • 24+ hours before your booking

    Your session is fully refundable.

  • Less than 24 hours before your booking

    Bookings are non-refundable.


πŸ” Rescheduling a Session

If you need to move your booking to a different time, please contact us.

Because pricing varies depending on time and demand, we typically cancel the original booking and create a new one rather than rescheduling directly. Standard cancellation timing rules apply.


πŸšͺ No-Shows

LevelUp Indoor Golf is a self-serve facility, and each zone is reserved exclusively for your scheduled time.

If you do not arrive for your booking, the session is treated as used and is not eligible for a refund.


πŸ’³ Refund Method

When a refund is issued, it will typically be returned to the original payment method used at checkout. In some cases, we may credit your account for future use instead.
