Your first visit runs itself. The zone is powered up and waiting when you walk in, and you can be hitting balls a couple of minutes after you get to your zone.
🚪 When You Arrive
Head straight to your zone. Each one is clearly labelled.
Your access opens 5 minutes before your start time and stays available until 10 minutes after your end time. The zone itself is yours for the length of your booking.
During busy times a group ahead of you may still be finishing up. If that happens, wait in the lobby and your zone will be free shortly.
🖥️ Start Your Round
Our simulators run on Trackman iO. You start your own round from the screen.
Sign in, or play as Guest
A free Trackman account is worth the minute it takes. Signing in saves your round, so if the system needs a restart mid session you can sign back in and pick up where you left off. A Guest round is not saved and starts over.
From there, follow the prompts on screen. Play a full round on a famous course or practice with detailed shot data. If you are with friends, there are games and challenges built in too.
📱 The iPad on Your Wall
Every zone has an iPad mounted on the wall. It shows your session at a glance and controls the room.
From the iPad you can:
See your time, with a countdown and your start and end times
Add time to your session
Adjust the lights, wall lights, overhead lights and the colour of the screen light
Control the TV, power, channel and volume
Play your own music by pairing your phone over Bluetooth. The iPad has no music of its own, so pick the tracks on your phone and the room plays them
Get help, including a few one tap fixes if the picture or the Bluetooth is misbehaving
⏱️ Keeping an Eye on the Clock
Your booking covers setup and play, so it is worth getting started soon after your session begins. The iPad counts down for you and warns you as your time gets short.
Want more time? Tap Add Time on the wall iPad.
Extra time is only offered if nobody is booked into your zone after you.
It charges the card on file for your booking, and asks for that card's last 4 digits to confirm it is you.
The price is shown before you confirm.
At your end time the zone winds down and the room powers itself off a few minutes later. Please wrap up and head out on time so the next group is not kept waiting.

You do not need to know anything in advance. The zone is self serve and most first timers are playing within a couple of minutes of walking in.
If you would rather be shown, message us ahead of your booking and we will do our best to have someone there at your start time to walk you through it.
