If Trackman has frozen, stopped tracking your shots, or your stat tiles have disappeared mid-round, you can restart it yourself. Work down this page in order, the first step fixes it most of the time.
š Restarting Trackman
The fix is to close the Trackman software and open it again from the Windows desktop.
If Trackman still responds, exit to the Windows desktop and relaunch it from the Trackman icon.
If it will not exit, force it closed:
Hold Alt and press Tab. One or more Trackman windows appear.
Click the X on all Trackman windows. It can take several clicks before one registers, so keep trying.
Open Trackman again from the desktop icon.
Still stuck? Restart the computer itself. Press the Windows key on the keyboard to access the Start menu, then Restart from the power menu. It signs itself back in and opens Trackman on its own, so there is nothing to set up afterwards. Give it a couple of minutes to come back and calibrate itself with the screen.
š¾ Your Round Is Saved If You Are Signed In
Signed in to a Trackman account? Your progress is saved. Sign back in after the restart and pick your round up from Your Activities, at the top left of the main screen.
Playing as a guest? A guest round is typically not saved, and you have to start again after a restart.
A free Trackman account takes a moment to set up and also saves your stats and syncs your rounds to the mobile app.
