Left something behind, or found something that isn't yours? Here is how it gets back to its owner.
š If You Left Something Behind
Message us as soon as you notice, and tell us:
The date and start time of your session
Which zone you were in
What the item is
Our team will check and reply whether the item turned up or not. If we found it, we will arrange a pickup time with you. There is no front desk to collect it from, so someone will meet you at the door.
š If You Find Someone Else's Belongings
Leave the item in the zone and let us know it is there.
Please don't take it with you. Anything left in the zone gets collected and stored safely until the owner gets it back.
š How Long We Hold Things
Found items are kept for 30 days. After that they are donated or discarded.
We look after whatever is handed in, but items left behind stay your responsibility and we can't promise something will turn up. A quick look around the zone before you leave is the surest way to not forget your belongings.

To report something lost or found:
In your zone: tap Help on the wall iPad and scan the QR code. It opens a chat with us and tells us which zone you are in.
