There are no closing hours and no holiday closures. A 3am tee time on New Year's Day is a normal booking like any other.
Access is fully automated, so there is nothing to arrange ahead of time and nobody you need to meet. Your booking unlocks the door.
š Is Anyone There?
Usually, yes.
We don't run set staff hours, so there's no front desk to check in at, but a team member is almost always around, especially during busy times. You might find us in the halls, hitting a few in a zone, or working elsewhere in the building.
You never need to wait for a person to let you in. Your booking unlocks the door, and the iPad in your zone handles the rest: lighting, music, your session details, and extending your booking if the zone is free.

š¶ Walk-Ins and Booking on the Spot
We don't take walk-ins. Every visit needs a booking, because the door unlocks from the booking itself.
But there is no minimum notice. You can book from your phone standing in the car park and be in your zone a minute later, as long as a zone is free.
Your unlock button appears 5 minutes before your start time, so if you book the next slot, that is when the door opens for you.
š How Far Ahead You Can Book
You can book up to 7 days ahead.
It is a rolling 7 days, counted from right now rather than to the end of a calendar day. A slot just past the edge of the window this morning becomes bookable later the same day.
This is the same for everyone. Signing in or having an account does not extend it.
š« Why a Time Slot Looks Blacked Out
This is the question we get asked most about our hours, so here it is plainly: we never close, and we never block off a time of day. 6am is exactly as bookable as 6pm.
If a slot is greyed out, it is one of four things:
The time has already passed. Earlier slots on today's date grey out as the day goes on.
The date is more than 7 days out. The booking window rolls forward continuously, so slots at the far edge open up through the day. Check back a little later and the time you want will be there.
Every zone is already booked at that time. Try a different start time, or check back. Cancellations free zones up.
A zone is closed for maintenance. This affects that one zone only. The others are unaffected.
If a time is greyed out and none of these explains it, message us. We would like to know.
